Hello Friend,
Every act we take has consequences. I think we have all experienced that. If I yell at my kids, the consequence is the emotional pain and the effect that it has on their self-esteem, I see on their face. If I tell my child how proud I am of them for their kindness to others, I see this lifts their mood and makes them feel good about themselves. No matter how we act, there is an immediate effect. Daily I focus on acting in a positive way, to others and myself, and the outcome of my behaviors dictates the positive energy I bring back to myself. It makes me feel good when I treat others and myself in a kind and loving way. It can only bring back joy and more positive experiences in our lives.
